We cannot process returns without a Return Authorization Number. Please write your return authorization number on the mailing label. Make sure you return everything within 7 days after your received it.

Please provide us with your name, email address or telephone number, as well as your customer warranty number.
  • We will refund the purchase price, less shipping and handling ($10.00) and $2.50 for every used cartridge.
  • You will receive your refund by the same method you paid.
  • All product returns must be in original condition and contain all original parts, accessories and packaging.
  • Money will not be refunded if any parts are missing, damaged or misused.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
